Coaching employee discipline within an organization determine employee performance improvement. The final assignment is to know the implementation of coaching employee discipline in PD. Based on these observations, it is known that coaching employee discipline in PD. Percada implemented in two ways: coaching internally provided by the parties within the company and externally provided training from parties outside the company. Obstacles faced in building discipline employees include the quality of the management of human resources (HR) that has not been fullest, low giving less motivation, and lack of traction on the imposition of sanctions. These obstacles be overcome by PD. Percada through the provision of training and human resource competency testing, increased salaries and welfare, appropriate sanctions Leader Regulations. Suggestions related to the author conveyed this observation as the enforcement of discipline in Sub Bag (direct supervisor) as the personnel implementing sanctions and coaching employees are absent, employee motivation and well-planned routine, such as the installation of motivational words in certain places in order improve the morale of employees.
